Our clients then select from exquisite custom cabinetry, appliances, surface materials, fixtures, and cabinetry hardware. BRIEFING
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs.
SITE VISIT
The site is visited to take measurements and consider the design options.
OPTIONAL DESIGN SELECTION
Preliminary design models are made and the clients choose according to their preference.
QUOTATION / LOGISTIC PLANNING
An invoice is presented and the required planning is done.
PRODUCTION / IMPORTATION
The materials are produced at Shanville Factory or imported where necessary.
INSTALLATION / COMPLETION
Products are delivered to sites and fitted / installed.

Established in 1997, Shanville which previously traded under Unique Kitchens is a real estate development firm that specializes particularly in fitted kitchens, fitted bathrooms and woodworks such as wardrobes and doors.
We oversee development from design solutions to the construction, production and implementation. We provide the necessary architecture and have overseas suppliers if required for implementation.
We work with private home owners, investors, architects, developers, property management companies and business owners. Our projects vary from new builds to extensions and from total refurbishments to renovations.
